Wags & Whiskers Pet RescueWags & Whiskers Pet Rescue – Wags & Whiskers Pet Rescue is a non-profit, no-kill pet rescue and adoption agency. They also operate SNAP, a low-cost spay/neuter assistance program to help end the heartbreak of pet overpopulation and the high rate of euthanasia in shelters. SNAP certificates are available at their adoption booth in Petco, Saturdays and Sundays, 11:30-5:00pm, or at their website: www.wwpetrescue.org.

St. Augustine Humane Society Spay ShuttleSt. Augustine Humane Society Spay Shuttle – St. Augustine Humane Society offers low-cost spay/neuter services to our community to help reduce the number of pets released to local shelters. The 'Spay Shuttle' transports pets to First Coast No More Homeless Pets in Jacksonville for surgery. Spay/Neuter fees are $50 for pet cats and start at $75 for dogs. Current rabies vaccination (within 1 year) required or rabies vaccinations are $12 per animal at time of surgery. Additional vaccinations and services are available for reduced fees. Spay/Neuter for feral cats is available for a special price of $30 which includes rabies and distemper vaccines, and flea and ear mite treatment. Space is limited and preregistration is required. First Coast No More Homeless PetsFirst Coast No More Homeless Pets – The mission of First Coast No More Homeless Pets (FCNMHP) is to eliminate the killing of dogs and cats in our community through free and low-cost spay and neuter programs.

St. Johns Animal Emergency HospitalSt. Johns Animal Emergency Hospital Low Cost Spay / Neuter Clinic –  Animal Emergency Hospital offers low cost spay neuter clinics as a community service for St. Johns County and surrounding areas. This service is designed for young, healthy pets. Older pets or those with medical issues, please speak with your regular veterinarian before scheduling elective surgery. Costs: Cat spay $55.00, neuter $35.00. Dog spay $65.00, neuter $55.00. Call (904) 794-5071 after 5 p.m. to schedule spay / neuter for your pet.
