Planning and Zoning Agency
Two(2) Vacancies
Qualifications: Seeking representation from County Commission District 3 & 4. Must be a register voter in St Johns County. Members must file financial disclosure.
Meeting schedule: This Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 1:30pm in the County Auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View.
Application Submission Deadline: December 5, 2008.
Category II Arts/Grants Funding Panel
Three (3) Vacancies
Qualifications: Seeking applicants preferably from County Commission Districts 1, 3 & 4.
Meeting schedule: This Board meets quarterly (Jan., Apr., Jul., Oct.) on the 2nd Monday at 9:00am in the Tourist Development Conference Room, 88 Riberia Street.
Application Submission Deadline: December 5, 2008.
Ponte Vedra Zoning & Adjustment Board
Two (2) Vacancies
Qualifications: Must be a register voter in St Johns County and reside in the Ponte Vedra Zoning District. Members must file financial disclosure.
Meeting schedule: This Board meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 3:00pm in the County Auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View.

A1A South Overlay District Design Review Board
Two (2) Vacancies
Qualifications: Must reside within the A1A South Overlay District, which extends from Owens Avenue south to the Flagler County line, east to the Atlantic Ocean and west to the Matanzas River.
Meeting schedule: This Board meets every 4th Thursday of the month at 2:30pm in the Southeast Branch Library.
Application Submission Deadline: January 5, 2009.
Adjustment & Appeals Board
Three (3) Vacancies – Two (2) Alternate Positions
Qualifications: Seeking appointees with knowledge and/or experience in technical codes fields (four-year term as a regular member and one-year term as an alternate) and those of the general public (one-year term as an alternate). Must be a registered voter in St. Johns County. Members must file financial disclosure.
Meeting schedule: This Board meets on call as needed in Conference Room 1A/1B of the County Permit Center, 4040 Lewis Speedway.
