Facility Information
THE PLAYERS Community Senior Center was constructed to provide a public facility for recreation and programs benefitting members of our community. The Council on Aging operates out of this facility year round. When the community center is not in use and there are no conflicts, it may be available to non-profit organizations, groups and individuals for non-profit activities.
An Application must be completed and submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date(s). The fee must be included with the application. St. Johns County accepts cash, money orders or checks made payable to St. Johns County. Be sure to include set up and clean up time in your request. Your lease begins the moment you unlock the door and/or enter the building and ends when you lock up. If you are planning on using the ice machine or kitchen facility in addition to room rental a $50.00 fee will be added.
There is a $75.00 refundable damage deposit, payable by check only for rentals at THE PLAYERS Community Senior Center. The deposit is separate from the facility rental fee. Fees for THE PLAYERS Community Senior Center are as follows:
Large Dining Room
- 1900 square feet
- Room Capacity: 125-200
- 22 tables (3x3) with 4 chairs each
- Ice Machine
- Dance Floor
- Bar
Rent – St. Johns County Residents
- $100 for first hour
- $50 for each additional hour
Rent – Non St. Johns County Residents
- $125 for first hour
- $75 for each additional hour
Side Rooms
- Room Capacity: 30
- 10 tables (3x3) with chairs
Rent – St. Johns County Residents
- $30 for first hour
- $20 for each additional hour
Rent – Non St. Johns County Residents
- $35 for first hour
- $25 for each additional hour
Kitchen
- Walk-In Refrigerator
- 3-Door Freezer
- Ice Machine
- Dishwasher
- 2 Convection Ovens
- 3 Burner Flat-Top Stove
- Tilt Skillet
- 4-Bay Steam Table
- Tall Food Warmer
- Small Cooler
- Meat/Cheese Slicer
Rent – Kitchen may be rented in conjunction with larger or small room rentals only. The fee is $50.00.
This facility does not provide a TV, VCR, Projector, Screen, or Microphone. If you require these items please make arrangements in advance.
