In order to participate in the SJC Homeownership program, you must complete and submit a St. Johns County Homeownership Program registration packet.

If you would rather pick up a registration packet, call the Housing & Community Services Office at (904) 827-6890, and select option #1 to hear a recording of the locations where you can obtain a registration packet.
