Mary Ann Blount serves St. Johns County by overseeing Real Estate, GIS, and Surveying and Mapping activities. Mary Ann is always available to answer any questions regarding County-owned property, the acquisition of property for County use, the sale and disposition of County-owned property, or the sale of surplus property.

Laurie assists the public and other County Departments with questions pertaining to ownership of roads and access issues within the County. She researches inquiries regarding easements, drainage, rights of way, property boundaries and related issues. Laurie also reviews title commitments and other documents in connection with County property.
