St. Johns County Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of activities for adult programs year-round at Treaty Park, Joe Pomar Park, Ketterlinus Gym, Mills Field, and the Solomon Calhoun Center.

Summer Tennis Clinic – It's back! The Recreation and Parks Department annual 6 week tennis clinic for ages 8 to 80! June 18th - July 26th, Mondays - Thursdays, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (each age group is assigned a specific time), at the Lighthouse Park courts. Pre-registration is required at our offices, 2175 Mizell Rd, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm May 29th - June 15th. Fees are county resident youth -$10, county resident adult - $20, non-resident youth -$15, non-resident adult - $30. Register early as space is limited! Beach Volleyball Leagues – The St. Johns County Recreation Department will have open courts for Beach Volleyball Leagues, Monday, May 14th for Men, Tuesday, May 15th for Women, and Thursday, May 17th for Coed. Sign-ups will be at the sand courts at the St. Johns County Pier beginning at 6:30pm on those days. Women's league begins Tuesday, May 29th. Coed on Thursday, May 31st, and Men's, Monday June 4th.   • 30+ Men's Adult Basketball – The season is from December - March and games are played at Solomon Calhoun Gym.
  • Beach Volleyball – Beach Volleyball season runs from May - August and is played at the sand courts at the St. Augustine Pier.
  • Men’s & Women’s Volleyball – Season is from October - December and is played at the Ketterlinus Gym. 
  • Co-ed Volleyball – Coed is played from January - April at Ketterlinus Gym with an "A" & "B" division. 
  • Flag Football – The season is from December - March and games are played at Joe Pomar field.
  • Paddle Tennis – Leagues are at Treaty Park and Ron Parker Park.
  • Seniors – The Council on Aging hosts a wide variety of activities at SJC facilities. For more information and calendar of events, visit the COA site.
  • Softball
    • Men’s has a fall & spring season and is played at Treaty Park. ISA sanctioned rules apply.
    • Coed and Senior League (50+) have a spring and fall seasons.
    • Church League has a competitive and non-competitive leagues.
