Gail is our County Surveyor and oversees the operations of the Surveying and Mapping/GIS Divisions. Gail is always available to answer any questions regarding Surveying and GIS issues. She also reviews proposed subdivision plats for compliance with the St. Johns County Land Development Code and Florida Statutes.

As Survey Manager, Scott supervises the field crews and coordinates project scheduling. In addition, he maintains the County’s benchmark repository and responds to requests for benchmark data and to research the survey record repository. Scott also coordinates all Global Positioning Systems (GPS) activities for the County.

Chuck is responsible for survey drafting of all in-house survey projects.
Field Crew
St. Johns County presently has two, 3-person field crews. They handle all in-house survey projects. They also periodically run bench loops to densify the vertical control in the County. The crews provide support for all GPS survey activities.
